Please refer to my letter of August 5, about the Polish visitor to Sihanouk. Although the Polish Embassy have refused to answer my gueries about their strange visitor I have learned from a Polish journalist that he was in fact Mr. Z. Pachowshi, the Polish Ambassador, presumably recently withdrawn from Phnom Penh.
