Summary / Abstract :

Keat Chhon was born about 1934 in Kratie province. Described as a radical leftist. In April 1965 subject then chairman of the administration staff of the office of heavy equipment, was accused of implication in an alleged Khmer Serei plot to assassinate Prince Sihanouk in late 1964.
