Tit Soeun was a staff member of Ministry of Propaganda of region 23. In November 1969, Chuon Savoeun assigned Soeun to serve as member of Labor Party through the introduction of Mom Loch. Then, Soeun and his networks continuously carried out the anti-revolutionary act. When Svay Rieng military base was liberated on April 16, 1975, Soeun and his networks conspired with each other to burn down ammunition in the house of Major Chham. During the evacuation, Soeun led the traitorous networks to carry out such activities as threatening the base people and killing 10 of the evacuees in an attempt tomake new people believe the Angkar. In May 1977, So indoctrinated Soeun to serve as secrete messenger in order to distribute letter to Vietnam. Soeun was arrested by the Angkar on March 18, 1978.
ទិត សឿន ជាសមាជិកមន្ទីរក្រសួងឃោសនាការតំបន់ ២៣ ភូមិភាគបូព៌ា។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៩ ខែ១១ ឈ្មោះ ជួន សាវឿន បាន ចាត់តាំង សឿន អោយចូលជាសមាជិកបក្សពលករដែលមាន មុំ ឡុច ជាអ្នកឧទេ្ទសនាម ចាប់ពីពេលនោះមក សឿន រួមជាមួយបក្ស ពួកបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងនឺងបដិវត្ដជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៦-៤-១៩៧៥ ពេលរំដោះបន្ទាយស្វាយរឿង សឿន និងបក្សពួកបាន នាំគ្នាដុតបំផ្លាញគ្រាប់នៅផ្ទះសក្ដិ៤ ឆាំ ឆេះខូចអស់នៅពេលជម្លៀស ប្រជាជន សឿន បានដឹកនាំខ្សែក្បត់ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសំឡុតប្រជាជន ហើយបាញ់សម្លាប់អស់ ១០នាក់ ដើម្បីអោយប្រជាជនថ្មីមាន ជំនឿលើអង្គការ។ ដល់ខែ៥-១៩៧៧ សូ បានអប់រំ សឿន អោយធ្វើនិរសាសម្ងាត់ដើម្បីនាំសំបុត្រទៅយួន។ សឿន ត្រូវបាន អង្គការចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី១៨-៣-១៩៧៨។
