Summary / Abstract :

Born of Cambodian father and Vietnamese mother. It has been reported that he is both a distant relation and a brother of Son Ngoc Thanh. He became a Buddhist priest at the Onnalam pagada at Phnom Penh. Took part in bonses demonstrations of 1942 organised by Son Ngoc Thanh, against the arrest by the French of the Bonze Achar Hanchieu.
