The confession of Sam Hom aka Phen, chief of group in Division 310, implicated Pin, soldier of division 310 office. In January 1976, Pin received the plots from Ho, logistics of regiment, to join forces to steal three sacks of rice at logistical office.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន ប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ពីន យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរកងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ១-១៩៧៦ ពីន បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការកសាងកម្លាំងពី ឈ្មោះ ហូរ ភស្ដុភារ វរសេនាធំ ឱ្យចូលរួមលួចអង្ករនៅមន្ទីរ ភស្ដុភារបានបីបាវ។
