The confession of Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of group, division 310, implicated Chhay, soldier of state commerce, Phnom Penh. San Hom had the links with and carried out treacherous activities with Chhay. Chhay involved himself in destroying primary material and building up forces in 1974 and 1975.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឆយ យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ភ្នំពេញថាៈ ខ្លួនបានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ជាមួយ ឆយ។ ឆយ បានចូលរួម ទទួលផែនការបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈសំខាន់ៗ និងកសាងកម្លាំងក្នុង ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤-៧៥។
