The confession of Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of group of division 310, implicated Ho, regiment logistics, division 310. In 1972, Ho received the plots from Sinuon and him. Ho convinced soldiers and cadre to against the revolution, burn down houses, and destroy ammunition.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហូ ភស្ដុភារវរសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ហូ បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ស៊ីនួន និងខ្លួន។ ហូ បំផុសយុទ្ធជន កម្មាភិបាលឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ ដុតបំផ្លាញ ផ្ទះ បំផ្លាញឃ្លាំងគ្រាប់។
