The confession of Sam Hom aka Phen, Deputy Chief of Group of Division 310, implicated Soeun, soldier of Regiment 12, Division 310. In 1971, Soeun received his indoctrination. In 1972, Soeun conspired to convince ordinary persons of Sachey Village to cease supporting the revolution.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សឿន យុទ្ធជននៅវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ សឿន បានទទួលការអប់រំ ក្បត់ពីខ្លួន។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ សឿន បានចូលរួមបំផុសប្រជាជននៅ ភូមិសាជ័យឈប់ឱ្យគាំទ្របដិវត្ដ។
