The confession of Sam Hum aka Phen, Deputy Chief of Group, Division 310, implicated Chheng, soldier of Printing House, Division 310. In July 1975, Chheng accepted the plots from Ho, [soldier of]Regiment Logistics, to build up forces within the revolutionary line and to burn down other materials.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឆេង យុទ្ធជន រោងពុម្ពកងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៥ ឆេង ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ហូ ភស្ដុភារវរសេនាធំ ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដនិងឱ្យដុតឃ្លាំង សម្ភារៈផេ្សងៗ។
