The confession of Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of group, division 310, implicated Mao, soldier of state commerce, Phnom Penh. Mao received his indoctrination and conspired to receive Khem's plans to build up forces. In 1972, Mao received Sinuon's plots to expand forces to convince people to cease providing rice to soldiers and backing the revolution.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ភ្នំពេញថាៈ ម៉ៅ បានទទួលការអប់រំក្បត់ពីខ្លួន និងចូលរួមទទួលផែនការកសាង កម្លាំងពីខែម។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ម៉ៅ បានទទួលផែនការកសាងកម្លាំង ពីស៊ីនួន ឱ្យបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យឈប់ឧបត្ថម្ភបាយឱ្យកងទ័ព និងឱ្យឈប់ គាំទ្របដិវត្ដ។
