The confession of Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of group in division 310, implicated Be, soldier of division 310 office. In July 1976, Be attended the meeting and received the plot from Yim, soldier of battalion, Ho, member of regiment logistics, and Ol, chief of division office, to destroy diplomatic cars.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ បេ យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរកងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦ បេ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី យីម វរសេនាតូច, ហួ ភស្ដុភារវរសេនាធំ និង អុល ប្រធានមន្ទីរកងពល ជាមួយគ្នា ឱ្យកំទេចឡានទូត។
