The confession of Roat Sam aka An, Secretary of Battalion 912, Regiment 91, Division 920, confessed that he carried out couter-revolutionary activities by opening way for Vietnamese to enter Trapeang Chhouk, O-Leav and Tunle Srepok, cursing soldiers, embazling soldiers' food, and compelling soldiers to work hard enough to get exausted. Raot Sam aka An entered the revolution on December 17, 1971, and Angkar made his arrest on April 28, 1977 and sent to Office S-21 on May 6, 1977.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ រត់ សំ ហៅ អន លេខាវរសេនាតូច ៩១២ វរសេនាធំ ៩១ កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថា បានធ្វើសកម្មភាព ក្បត់បដិវត្ដដោយបើកផ្លូវឱ្យយួន ចូលមកត្រពាំងឈូក អូរលាវ និង ទនេ្លស្រែពក ព្រមទាំងជេរស្ដីយុទ្ធជន កេងរបបយុទ្ធជន និង បង្ខំ យុទ្ធជនឱ្យធ្វើការរហូតបាក់កម្លាំង។ រត់ សំ ហៅ អន ចូលបដិវត្ដ នៅថ្ងៃ១៧-១២-១៩៧១ ហើយត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ២៨-៤-១៩៧៧ ហើយបញ្ជូនមកមន្ទីរស-២១នៅថ្ងៃ៦-៥-១៩៧៧។
