The confession of Sei Lam aka Phoap, Chief of Messenger Group of Division 310, implicated Thoeun, soldier of Battalion 312, Division 310. In May 1976, Thoeun conspired to destroy 5 sacks of rice. In September 1976, Thoeun joined the meeting and received the plots from Mach, [soldier of]Battalion, to build up forces and collect foodstuff.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ស្រី ឡាំ ហៅ ភាប់ ប្រធានក្រុមនីរសាកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ធឿន យុទ្ធជននៅវរសេនាតូច ៣១២ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៦ ធឿនចូលរួមបំផ្លាញ ស្រូវពូជអស់៥បាវ។ ខែ៩-១៩៧៦ ធឿន ចូលរួមប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ម៉ាច វរសេនាតូច ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំង និងប្រមូលស្បៀង។
