The confession of Srei Lam aka Phoap, chief of messenger group of division 310, implicated Sieng, Vut and Heng. In May 1976, the three attended the meeting and received the plots from Ek, soldier of battalion, and from him.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ស្រី ឡាំ ហៅ ភាប់ ប្រធានក្រុមនីរសា កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សៀង, វុត និង ហេង ថាៈ នៅខែ៥-៧៦ បីនាក់ខាងលើបានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ ពីឈ្មោះ ឯក វរសេនាតូច និងពីខ្លួន។
