Dr. Cairns, had indicated to Mr. Pratt, that he was favorably inclined to this suggestion and would get in touch with him again before leaving for Peking. However he had not had time to do so. Mr. Pratt, hoped that in these circumstances the Australian Embassy in Peking could be instructed to seek an appointment for Dr. Cairns, with Prince Sihanouk.
