The confession of Prum Phat aka Sou, messenger of Division 310, implicated Ran, [soldier of]Special Battalion, Division 310. Ran, Oeun, Chief of Division, Voeun, Division, Chhan, Regiment, Mon, Regiment, Mach, Special Cell 808, convened a meeting and concocted plots to mobilize forces of Regiment 12, artillery unit, and office of Hospital P-31.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ព្រំ ផាត ហៅ ស៊ូ នីរសាកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ រ៉ន វរសេនាតូចកងពិសេស កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ រ៉ន, ឈ្មោះ អឿន ប្រធានកងពល, វឿន កងពល, ឆន វរសេនាធំ, ម៉ុន វរសេនាធំ, ម៉ាច កងពិសេស ៨០៨ បានប្រជុំពិភាក្សាគ្នា លើកទិសធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រមូលកម្លាំងនៅវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងកាំភ្លើង ធំនិងនៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ព-៣១។
