The confession of Chhim Sim aka Pin, member of Office K-1, Division 310, implicated Phal, soldier of Division 310. In December 1976, Phal was indoctrinated with treason and received the plots to strengthen and build up more forces.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ឈឹម ស៊ីម ហៅ ពីន សមាជិកមន្ទីរក-១ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ផល យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ១២-១៩៧៦ ផល ត្រូវបានខ្លួនអប់រំឱ្យក្បត់ ហើយបានទទួល ផែនការឱ្យពង្រឹងកម្លាំងក្បត់ថែមទៀត។
