The confession of Chhim Sim aka Pin, member of office K-1, division 310, implicated Kakk, member of child office, division 310. In February 1976, Kakk adopted a free travelling manner with Yum. After that, Yum indoctrinated Kakk with treason. In February 1976, Kakk destroyed state's animals and put poison in rice to kill the revolutionary forces.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ឈឹម ស៊ីម ហៅ ពីន សមាជិកមន្ទីរក-១ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ កាក់ សមាជិកមន្ទីរកុមារនៅ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ២-១៩៧៦ កាក់ដើរសេរីតែជាមួយ យុំ។ ក្រោយមក យុំអប់រំ កាក់ឱ្យក្បត់។ ខែ២-១៩៧៦ កាក់បំផ្លាញ សត្វរបស់រដ្ឋ ដាក់ថ្នាំពុលក្នុងបាយបំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ។
