The confession of Nut Voeun aka Pheak, working at Hospital P-49, implicated Pea, Chief of Platoon, Battalion 808, Division 2. After the liberation, Pea was hospitalized at P-49 because of injuring in the right shin. In June 1975, Pea attended the meeting and received the plots from Pruonh [CIA].
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ នុត វឿន ហៅ ភាក់ នៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ព-៤៩ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ពា ប្រធានកងអនុសេនាតូច វរៈ៨០៨ កងពលទី ២ថាៈ ក្រោយរំដោះ ពា ដេកពេទ្យព-៤៩ ដោយត្រូវ របួសស្មងជើងស្ដាំ។ នៅខែ៦-១៩៧៥ ពា បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ព្រួញ «ជាសេអ៊ីអា»។
