The confession of Man Sim aka Riem, Chief of Group, Division 310, implicated Seng, soldier of Division 310. Seng was indoctrinated with treason. In August 1975, Seng, Riem and his network received the plots to collect weapons and hide ammunition.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ម៉ាន ស៊ីម ហៅ រៀម ប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សេង យុទ្ធជន កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ សេង ជាអ្នកអប់រំខ្លួនឱ្យក្បត់។ ខែ៨-១៩៧៥ សេងនិងរៀមព្រមទាំងបក្ខ ពួកបានទទួលផែនការដើររើសអាវុធគ្រាប់រំ សេវលាក់ទុក។
