The confession of Ma Sim aka Riem, Chief of Group of Division 310, implicated Say, soldier of Division 310. In August 1975, Say attended the meeting and received the plots to collect weapons and hide grenades.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ម៉ា ស៊ីម ហៅ រៀម ប្រធានក្រុមកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សាយ យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៥ សាយ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការឱ្យ ដើររើសកាំភ្លើងគ្រាប់បែកមកលាក់ទុក។
