Summary / Abstract :

The question of whether GRUNK is now "Royal" or "Revolutionary" came up during my farewell call on August 23 on the Chief of Protocol in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Sisowath Rethnara. He said that the Foreign Ministry had also noted le Monde's use of word "Revolutionary" though they had seen no confirmation from any other source.
