To justify has aggression against our country, President Nixon alleges that our actions are directed by Norin Vietnamese Forces. I officially declare this conference that there are North Vietnamese or PRGRSV Forces in Cambodia. The only forces taking part in the fighting are our national liberation forces which are facing our enemies on the battlefield.
