The secretary general of SEATO (Nai Pote Sarasin) has told the Australian Ambassador on Bangkok that Prince Sihanouk's recent visit to Thailand was successful, but that the Thai are concerned with Sihanouk's implication that Cambodia might seek a treaty guarantee from communist China if Vietnamese in exxursions Cambodia are not cheeked.
