Second Sin Var cabinet was sworn in by King today. The Minister of Information has issued a statement warning journalist against reports which suggest Cambodia is suffering from "Violent international dissension''. It goes on to say this impression can be given by newspaper espousing, too ardently, the cause of one or other of the parties to the cold war. This seems aimed mainly at the Cambodian and Chinese Press.
