The confession of Nhean Tha aka Smei, soldier of state commerce, implicated Seng, soldier of battalion 750. Seng was his traitor. In March 1975, Seng was assigned to convince soldiers to get engaged in the battlefront, pretend to be sick, encourage soldiers to flee home and to fire at anywhere they took a rest, and involved themselves in battlefield so as to cause to break up the secret.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជន ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សេង យុទ្ធជន វរសេនាតូច ៧៥០ ថាៈ សេង ជាមហាជនក្បត់របស់ខ្លួន។ នៅខែ៣-១៩៧៥ សេង បាន ត្រូវខ្លួន ចាត់តាំងឱ្យបំផុសយុទ្ធជនកុំឱ្យចូលខ្សែត្រៀម ឱ្យពុតធ្វើជាឈឺ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះ កងទ័ពសម្រាកកន្លែងណាត្រូវបាញ់កន្លែង នោះដើម្បីឱ្យបែកការណ៍និងពេលចូលសមរភូមិត្រូវធ្វើឱ្យបែកការណ៍។
