The same reports says that he has cancelled plans to visit the "liberated zone" in Cambodia in 1974, and will not go ahead with unspecified schedule foreign tours. APP reports from Peking on 12 November that Sihanouk stated that since he was "a head of state that does not given" GRUNK did not need his presence in Cambodia.
