A joint Thailand-Cambodia communique issue in Bangkok on 6th February announced the resumption of diplomatic relations '' Temporarily) suspended with effect from 1st December last) and the return of the previously accredited ambassador to their posts on 20th February. The frontier will be re-opened shortly afterwards and direct negotiation resumed on outstanding frontier problems. |
