The confession of Im Voeun aka Kaet, deputy chief of battalion 31, Kampong Som port, implicated Chhum Ret, soldier of battalion 709, and Em Pakk, deputy chief of group, Phnom Penh commerce. Chhum Ret and Em Pakk betrayed the party because of his indoctrination.
