The confession of In Chem, secretary of region 7, implicated Khmao, member of Industry Ministry management. Khmao was a traitor in Ministry of Industry. Khmao attended the meeting and received the plot from Khon, secretary of Factory K-1, to build up traitorous forces, to provoke problems and to prepare food and weapons to attack the party on June and July 1976.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ អ៊ីន ចែម លេខាតំបន់ ៧ បានឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ ខ្មៅ សមាជិកមន្ទីរចាត់ការក្រសួងឧស្សាហ្សាហកម្ម ជាខ្សែ ក្បត់ក្នុងក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម។ ខ្មៅ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី ឈ្មោះ ខុន លេខារោងចក្រ ក-១ ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ បង្កទំនាស់ ត្រៀមស្បៀងអាវុធវាយបក្សខែ៦-៧ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។
