Boon (Acting minister for foreign affairs) told me last night that the Thai government would like United Nations secretary general to situation in south East ASiak personal representative being could investigate continuous allegations being made against Thailand and Vietnam by Sihanouk . If Sihanouk were face with need to substantiate his charges in this he might desist from making them, Thailand had nothing to hide and would welcome full investigation by United Nations representative . |
