Jenkins (regional planning adviser, far east said on 11th July that the Thai foreign minister (Thanad) intended to ask Hammarskjoeld to appoint a representative or group to investigate activities of Cambodian dissidents in Thailand. Thanad would of Cambodia dissidents in Thailand. Thanad would be raising this with Hammrskjoeld when He saw him in Geneva on the 15th July. |
