Jenkins (Reginal Planing Adviser, Far East) said on 11th July that the Thai foreign minister (Thanad) inteded to ask Hammarskjoeld to appoint a representative or group to investigate activities of Cambodia dissidents in Thailand. Thanad would be raising this with Hammarskjoeld when he saw him in Geneva on the 15 Julu. |
