Mr. Hieu said that Cambodian acceptance of a representative of North Vietnam would in his view be fatal, I would not only mean loss of the Vietnamese community to communist but coming on top of the establishment of communist diplomatic missions and the arrival of Chinese technicians, it would mean the loss of Cambodia to the free world.
