Obviously the France of mind in which Sihanouk and his advisers approach this visit will be affected by whatever is the outcome of liscussions in Dolhi : if there go less than well three should be a greater disposition towards caution here. Indian advice to Sihanouk to execrcise caution would be most valuable , and I have wonder whether any Indian initiative towards offering. it could be stimulated.
