Summary / Abstract :

The Third National Congress of the Sangkum, was held from April 21-23. Although these congresses are convened by the Sangkum they are open to the public at large, and representative of the democratic and communist parties, as well as the Head of Mohanikay order (The larger of the two Buddhist orders in Cambodia) were able to address the meeting.
