Ty Sovatha, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Hao Seng, worker of factory T-4, joined the CIA in 1970. Hao Seng contacted workers of factory T-4, to build up more CIA forces, to convince workers not to believe in the Angkar's advice, and to persuade workers to destroy materials of factory T-4.
ទី សុវត្ថា កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះហោ សេង កម្មករ រោងចក្រត-៤ថាៈ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ហោ សេង បាន ទាក់ទងកម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ដើម្បីបង្កើនកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា បំផុស កម្មករកុំឱ្យជឿការណែនាំរបស់អង្គការ និងបំផុសកម្មករឱ្យបំផ្លាញ សម្ភារៈក្នុងរោងចក្រត-៤។
