Cambodian relations with South Vietnam have further deteriorated following Cambodia's decision to close the frontier on March 26 to good from Vietnam. The American Embassy sees some hope for a solution in the hint by Sihanouk at a press conference on March 24, that Cambodia might agree to exchange political representative if the VN blocked were lifted.
