A communiqué was issued by the representation of the Republic of Vietnam on 10 August announcing on offer of: (1) 200 scholarships to Cambodian and Vietnamese students in Cambodian for University courses secondary and primary studies in South Vietnam: and (2) 300 school subsidies to university students and pupils of primary and secondary schools in Cambodia.
