According to information from the Ministry of National Security, the Siem Reap Provincial National Defence Committee, comprising elements from the FARK, provincial guards (G.P) and National Security representative have arrested over twenty Vietnamese recognised as saboteurs who it can be proved have carried out subversive activities.
