The confession of Saom Prum aka Prang, working at big cell, division 310, implicated Kran, chief of division 310 office. In 1976, Kran transported 3 trucks of medicines to be kept at O-Kravann. The medicine later could not be used.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ សោម ព្រំ ហៅ ប្រាង កងធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ក្រាន ប្រធានមន្ទីរ កងបល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ក្រានបានដឹកនាំថ្នាំពេទ្យ ប្រហែលបីឡានយកទៅលាក់ ទុកនៅអូរក្រវ៉ាន់ ទុកឱ្យខូចអស់ប្រើមិនកើត។
