Hanoi, Monday the Northe Vietnamese president, Ho Chi Minh , had sent a message to the Cambodian head of state, Prince Norodom Sihanouk , thanking him for his ''Full support'' for the north vietnamese people in their fight against the American , the vietnam news agency reported today . The message dated last Friday, Said : ''The US imperialists,who are meeting with heavy setbacks in Vietnam, can not avoid complete defeat.
