Because of their usefulness as an indication of up shot of Phat's visit (Saigon's 1751 and our 1243 and 1261 refer), we are summarising below reports which appeared here and which relate to military activity by the Communist Vietnamese (however described) in Cambodia during period of Phat's visit (28 June to 05 July) and subsequently.
