The confession of Net Thuk, Chief of Office of Battalion 312, and Thach Phai, soldier of Battalion 110, implicated Phal, Deputy Chief of Battalion 312 Politics, Division 310. Phal carried out the treacherous activities by destroying agricultural tool and factories, distributing leaflets, conducting subversion, and dissolving the previous plots set to strike the party in November 1975. So, August 1976 would be a day of the attack. A strategic target was to attack the party up to 1 year, 10 years, and 50 years or until the last moment of their lives.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ នេត ធុក ប្រធានមន្ទីរវរសេនាតូច ៣១២ និង ថាច់ ផៃ យុទ្ធជនវរសេនាតូច ១១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ផល អនុនយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ៣១២ កងពល ៣១០ថាៈ ផល ធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ដោយបំផ្លាញសម្ភារកសិកម្ម កំទេចរោងចក្រ បាចត្រាក់ ធ្វើវិចេ្ឆទកម្ម រំសាយផែនការចាស់ដែល កំណត់វាយ បក្សខែ១១-៧៥និងលើកទិស វាយបក្សខែ៨-៧៦វិញ។ ផ្សព្វផ្សាយទិសយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រថ្មីវាយបក្សរហូត១ឆ្នាំ ១០ឆ្នាំ ៥០ឆ្នាំ រហូតដល់ស្លាប់ខ្លួន។
