The confession of Net Thuk, Chief of Office of Battalion 312, Division 310, implicated Yut, soldier of Battalion 04, Division 310. Khut and Yin betrayed the party because Mach indoctrinated him with treason. Yut joined the meeting with Mach on counter-revolutionary activities temporarily. Yut also attended the meeting to receive the plots from Chev and Chhon to destroy agricultural tool, dissolvethe previous plans set to strike the party in November 1975, and, in turn, set a new target to attack the party in August 1976.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ នេត ធុក ប្រធានមន្ទីរវរសេនាតូច ៣១២ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ យុត យោធាវរសេនាតូច ០៤ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ យុតនិងឃីន ក្បត់បក្សព្រោះម៉ាចអប់រំឱ្យក្បត់។ យុត បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយម៉ាចអំពីសកម្មភាព ប្រឆាំងបដិវត ្ដជាបណ្ដោះ អាសន្នសិន។ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ចេវ, ឆុន ឱ្យបំផ្លាញសម្ភារកសិកម្ម, រំសាយផែនការចាស់ដែលកំណត់វាយ បក្សខែ១១-៧៥ ដោយកំណត់ទិសថ្មីគឺវាយបក្សខែ៨-៧៦វិញ។
