Soviet deputy Premier, Nokolay Baybakov and Mrs Bay bakov arrived in Tokyo a t1245 Tuesday aborad to joint JAL. Aeroflot airliner for a 17 day visit at the official guests of the government , Baybakou and his wife. who were accompanied by five-man suite , were greeted at the airport by foreign minister Miki and other Japanese officials concerned .
