Summary / Abstract :

Since the beginning of the year Prince Sihanouk has repeatedly attacked North Vietnam and the national liberation front for supporting dissident Cambodia communists and for making '' Indirect threats'' to his government. He has accused the Vietnamese communists of arming discontented tribesmen in the north eastern region of Cambodia, where for a long time two north Vietnamese divisions have sought sought samctuary when necessary.He has re-berated an earlier statement that'' If the communists no longer leave us in peace'' Cambodia will come to terms with the US and accept American aid.
