The confession of Net Thuk, Chief of Office of Battalion 312, Division 310, implicated Tho, member of Battalion 133. Tho attended the meeting and received the plots from Chev Chhon aka Mon to further destroy agricultural tool, to destroy all kinds of factories, to distribute leaflets and to dissolve the previous plans set to attack the party in November 1975 and to delay anti-party plot in August1976.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ នេត ធុក ប្រធានមន្ទីរវរសេនាតូច ៣១២ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ថូ សមាជិកវរសេនាតូច ១៣៣ ថាៈ ថូ បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ចេវ ឆុន ហៅ ម៉ុន ឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញសម្ភារកសិកម្ម កំទេចរោងចក្រគ្រប់ប្រភេទ បាចត្រាក់ រំសាយផែនការចាស់ដែលកំណត់វាយបក្សខែ១១-៧៥ ហើយលើកទិសថ្មីវាយបក្សខែ៨-១៩៧៦វិញ។
