The confession of Net Thuk, Chief of Office of Battalion 312, Division 310, implicated Thean, member of Battalion 122, Regiment 12, Division 310. Thean betrayed the party because Chev Chhon indoctrinated him with treason and received the plots from Chev Chhon to destroy agricultural tool, to dissolve the previous plots set to attack the party in November 1975 and to delay the new plots till August 1976.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ នេត ធុក ប្រធានមន្ទីរវរសេនាតូច ៣១២ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ធាន សមាជិលវរសេនាតូច ១២២ វរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ ធាន ក្បត់បក្ស ព្រោះចេវ ឆុនអប់រំឱ្យក្បត់ ហើយទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីចេវ ឆុនឱ្យបំផ្លាញសម្ភារកសិកម្ម រំសាយផែនការចាស់ដែលកំណត់ វាយបក្សខែ១១-១៩៧៥ ហើយលើកទិសថ្មីវាយបក្ស ខែ៨-១៩៧៦វិញ។
