The Margai affair (with Tep Chhieu Kheng, Long Boreth, Littaye Suon, Sisowath Pandarvong). A general account of this is given in paragraph 2 of our savingram 13 of 19 February 1969). According to Tep Chhieu Kheng and Pandarvong the origin of the current clash between Sihanouk and the National Assembly lay in the latter's mistakenly taking the former literally.
